YAHOO! I graduate...

Yes! I graduate yesterday.
My batchmates of 2009.. My grandpa, Jose "Pepe" D. Laxa Born October 11, 1924 - Died March 23, 2009
He died last Monday due to pneumonia. He was sent to hospital trying to put oxygen on his nose. Making his live longer though he's too weak. Doctor said that the medicine connect his body cannot react anymore. I wasn't able to visit him due to my simulation in serendra. I was very close to my grandpa since young til now. He's very outspoken and very kind man who always asking me where I from? He always give his money to me and my brothers for school allowance. I have a lot of memories of him because of what he did it to me and my families.
"Lolo, I'm so thankful to have you and I know you are in heaven watching me receiving the diploma and I know you are proud of me. I miss you grandpa!"
I have been too emotional for the passing of my grandpa and my graduation. It was too stressful how I was able to control my feelings this both. Anyway, I'm looking forward to see my younger brother's graduation in UST. :)

Live life, love life, live to love, and love to live

Still re-modifying this layout to a new one (when I find the time). Or when time finds me. NEWS: I am going to America to visit relatives who live in California. Travel around the places of California and took more photos. My longest getaway will start in early April during Holy Week. Cannot wait. Lots of preparations to do. Live life, love life, live to love, and love to live.

Start training(Experience)

Yes, I got a job today. It's at the Good Shepherd Montessori School in Pasig City.. I'm not going to teach there. I'm going to help and improve the school and that would be marketing(that's my job to do that) I will do the computer literate, photography documentation and other things that they will given me more tasks to come. This will be my first time job I ever received today and that was because my little brother who told Mrs. Chua(she's the owner of that school) "My sister is interesting to apply to work" What she did it, she interview me for almost 5 hours to finish. Haha but it's all good and that I'm now hired.. I have to start training for 2 weeks and have salary per month. Mrs. Chua is one of my church mates in St. Francis of Assissi of Mandaluyong. She knows that I might be fitted in the position she gave me. I'm excited to see how the school made me better employee. Anyway, I know that I wasn't able to update everyday because I'm busy preparing for my culinary simulation this Sunday and graduation on March 28. I'm looking forward to go to America this coming April 10, 2009. It's our first time to travel to USA and we are all excited to see there. I heard there is St. Patrick's Day and so advance for that greeting hehe!

Warning: Sidetrip to Bohol Pictures

a Mostly taken at the Bohol wherever I was on the road travel with Tere(my senior classmate). :)

Farewell, Lola Memeng and Francis Magalona

Lola Geronima "Memeng" Laxa-Lalic
She's the sister of my grandpa, and the eldest among her 8 siblings. I do really miss her whenever I took and ask them to bring together with her brothers and sister for a family portrait. Lola, I know you are now in heaven and please watch over us. We miss you!
Francis "Kiko" Magalona
He's one of the best Filipino Rapper, Photographer, Dad, and Entrepreneur. He always smile in front of his family whenever he is sick. He's trying to win over his long battle due to his leukemia. I know that his family tried to accept him that he's taken away from our Lord and he's now in heaven.
Francis took this picture and I like the way he express thru his photograph.
"This is a photo that I took last year. It was in Boracay. See how beautiful it is? Tranquility, serenity and peace is what this photograph conveys.Even inside my room, I can feel happy as I relive that time. Even for a moment I can be this boy."
I was inspired by him saying that to express thru his picture. I wanted to learn how he took every picture every road he travel to. Rest in Peace, Kiko!

Birthday Celebrant today

It's me guys.. I turned 25 now.. Haha I'm so happy that everybody knows my birthday haha.. :)

Sidetrip: BOHOL

Just came back last night around 6:35pm. I was there for 3 days and 2 nights with Miriam College students to attend the seminar. The seminar is about ENEDA(Entrepreneurs Association, Incorporation). I was invited by my professor in my school and was asked if I can be the photographer there though I didn't take randomly shoots all the seminars because of my classmate, Theresa. She asked me to go with her instead of alone. I cannot act like a child but it's my work actually, Im too shy in front of the professors whom I don't know. Anyway, I befriended them in the last few days, we talk about school, personal and etc. Do I act like as a adult? Yeah, I couldn't talk with other students because they are all shy. Hmm.. Pictures might come up soon though I'm too tired of a short flight. Bohol is only 1 hour away from Manila and 1 hour too going to Bohol Plaza Resort and Restaurant. My recommendation was Bohol Beach Club. This is awesome place I ever seen! I will come again there with my family. Thanks to my professor for inviting me! :)
